1. Returns & Replacements

Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, frozen items) can only be returned at the time of delivery if they are damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Non-perishable items (packaged groceries, household items) can be returned within [2–3 days] of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Items such as personal care, hygiene products, and opened food packages are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.
2. Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please report it immediately via our customer support or at the time of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations will not be accepted.
