Return & Refund Policy – Mega Saver Mart

At Mega Saver Mart, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns & Replacements

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, frozen items) can only be returned at the time of delivery if they are damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • Non-perishable items (packaged groceries, household items) can be returned within [2–3 days] of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Items such as personal care, hygiene products, and opened food packages are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.


2. Damaged / Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please report it immediately via our customer support or at the time of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.


3. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

  • Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–7 business days].

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via [bank transfer / store credit / wallet] (update as per your setup).

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.


5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • The return request is made after the allowed period.
